FAQ

We ask for 72 hours notice for all orders. Larger orders may take more time so please plan accordingly! During peak season, dates fill up quickly so please place your order at your earliest convenience.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer delivery at this time.

All items come cold and ready to reheat and we provide the reheating instructions! Platters come on a black plastic catering tray with a cover. All other items are served in aluminum containers with lids.

We do not provide any serving utensils, cutlery or paper goods however, we are a full service grocery store so those items are available for purchase separately.

Cancellations can be made without penalty up to 72 hours before order date.  Cancellations made less than 72 hours before order date are eligible for a partial refund of 50%.  Any cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full.

We may be able to make changes to certain menu items to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please make a note of your request when placing your order.

Changes within 72 hours of your order date are not guaranteed and are subject to our cancellation policy, To make changes more than 72 hours in advance, please email catering@friendsmarketplace.net to see if changes are possible.
